My Approach

My approach to individual and family counseling is rooted in the latest research and guidance from respected mental health professionals. I believe in blending data-backed methods with a personalized touch that caters to the unique needs of each individual or family I work with. My emphasis is on functional, actionable approaches that clients can incorporate into their daily lives, creating lasting change and resilience. By drawing on a variety of evidence-based practices, I aim to create an environment where growth feels both attainable and meaningful, promoting sustainable mental and emotional health.

I practice from a nonjudgmental, strength-based, and culturally-sensitive perspective. Depending on your goals and preferences, my work will integrate techniques from the following approaches to therapy:
